Who I Am And What I Stand For
Growing up in Sweden, I was surrounded by forests, the sea, and mountains, which inspired a lifelong love for nature and its spirits. These early experiences deeply connected me to the natural world and fueled my commitment to protect it and all living beings—not just humans.
Today, we can no longer ignore the impact of our actions on the planet. I believe spiritual practices should strengthen us to face the truth and inspire meaningful change. This belief guides my work, which unites the ancient practices of Yoga and Shamanism to lift the spirit while grounding us in connection with the Earth.
Shamanism teaches that we are nature, not separate from it, and that all beings—animals, trees, plants—are sacred. Yoga’s core principle of Ahimsa, or non-violence, calls us to honor all life. Together, these practices encourage us to live an enchanted life, in harmony with nature and in relationship with the world around us.
Through movement, breath, and stillness, I aim to guide others toward a deeper connection with themselves, the Earth, and each other—planting seeds of change and inspiring a more conscious, compassionate way of living.
